1. Sponsor

Tree City Lube, located in Greensburg, Indiana, sponsored this giveaway. This promotion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Professional Bull Riders, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, or any associated entities.

 

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Tree City Lube, their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible to participate.

 

3. Entry Period

The entry period begins on 12/7/2024 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on 12/31/2024. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

 

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive four (4) tickets to the PBR Chute Out at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana, on either February 14 or February 15, 2025, with an approximate retail value of $150. The winner will select the preferred event date upon notification.

 

The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions are permitted. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

 

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Tree City Lube on or about January 3, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

The winner will be notified via the phone number provided on the entry form. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

 

6. Publicity Release

By entering, the winner agrees to allow Tree City Lube to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

8. General Conditions

Tree City Lube reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to any cause beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the giveaway.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Tree City Lube, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from all liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

 

10. Privacy

Information collected during the giveaway will be used solely to administer the giveaway and notify the winner. Tree City Lube will not share or sell personal information to third parties.
